Information for Prep 2028 and Prospective Families
An Enrolment Pack is available from the school office for any families interested in sending their child to Our Lady of the Way. Alternatively, you can download the information below.
An Open Evening for Prep 2028 will be held on Wednesday 17th March, 2027 from 4 pm – 6 pm. Families are welcome to tour the school with our Year 6 Student Leaders or school staff.
School Tours will be held on Tuesdays at 9.30 am each fortnight. Please ring the school office to book a tour or to arrange an alternate time.
Applications for Prep 2028 will close on Friday 14th May, 2027 and as limited places are available, priority will be given in accordance with our Enrolment Policy. Interviews with families and prospective students will be held on Tuesday 11th May, Thursday 13th May and Tuesday 18th May, 2027.
Offers for Prep 2028 will be sent out on Friday 28th May, 2027.
We accept enrolments from Catholic families in the Parish of Kingsbury and surrounds, as well as students from other Christian backgrounds. Families are welcome to enrol their child once they have reached 3 years of age.

Please note, Levies cover the cost of all Excursions, Incursions, Sports Programs, IT equipment and software, Physical Education Equipment, Art Materials etc. Booklists cover the cost of all required stationery and classroom resources.
Families with a valid Health Care Card are eligible to apply for a reduced fee under the MACS Concessional Fee Policy.
Our Lady of the Way and Kingsbury Primary School share a Before & After School Care Program, as well as a Holiday Care Program. Our Lady of the Way also provides the Sporting Schools Program one night a week after school as an additional sports opportunity for all students.
We are often able to welcome new enrolments from Prep to Year 6 any time throughout the year. Our community is an inclusive community, and we continue to be a welcoming and friendly school which supports families in nurturing the learning and development of their children.
