Information for Prep 2027 and Prospective Families

An Open Evening for Prep 2027 will be held on Wednesday 18th March, 2026 from 4 pm – 6 pm. Families are welcome to tour the school with the School Captains or school staff.
School Tours will be held on Tuesdays at 9.30 am each fortnight. Please ring the school office to book a tour or to arrange an alternate time.
Applications for Prep 2027 will close on Friday 15th May, 2026 and as limited places are available, priority will be given in accordance with our Enrolment Policy. Interviews with families and prospective students will be held on Tuesday 19th May, Thursday 21st May and Tuesday 26th May. Offers for Prep 2027 will be sent out on Friday 5th June, 2026.
We accept enrolments from Catholic families in the Parish of Kingsbury and surrounds, as well as students from other Christian backgrounds. Families are welcome to enrol their child once they have reached 3 years of age.

School Fees are charged as a Family Fee. The Family School Fee in 2026 is $2070 per family. There is also a fee levy for each student to cover the cost of items such as the swimming program, excursions, IT equipment, visiting groups and performers, the Arts program, the Library program, as well as the Sports programs and equipment. Onsite Guitar and Keyboard lessons are available for families who are interested. Families with a valid Health Care Card are eligible to apply for a reduced fee under the MACS Concessional Fee Policy.
Our Lady of the Way and Kingsbury Primary School share a Before & After School Care Program, as well as a Holiday Care Program. Our Lady of the Way also provides the Sporting Schools Program one night a week after school as an additional sports opportunity for all students.
We are often able to welcome new enrolments from Prep to Year 6 any time throughout the year. Our community is an inclusive community, and we continue to be a welcoming and friendly school which supports families in nurturing the learning and development of their children.
